Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

Go Football Prono collects the following data to provide you with an optimal experience:

User Profile

When creating your account, we collect:

• Your email address;
• Your username;
• Your profile picture (optional).

Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive:

• A unique identifier provided by Apple;
• Your email address (or an alias if you choose to hide your email);
• Your name (optional).

Apple only shares the information necessary for the app to function.

Secure Storage

All your data is stored on Supabase, a GDPR-compliant platform that hosts your information in Europe. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

2. User-Generated Content

The application also stores:

• Your predictions and forecasts;
• Your scores and statistics;
• The groups you belong to;
• Conversations and interactions within your groups.

This data is only shared with members of your prediction groups. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Go Football Prono offers auto-renewable subscriptions. The following terms apply:

• All financial transactions are handled exclusively by your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We never have access to your payment details.
• A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings.

4. Advertising

Go Football Prono uses Google AdMob to display personalized ads. AdMob may collect the following information:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA);
• App usage data;
• Device information and approximate location.

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we request your explicit consent before collecting your advertising identifier. You can refuse or modify this consent at any time in your device settings.

We also use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our own promotional campaigns and to attribute app installs. These measurement tools may collect anonymized data to evaluate the performance of our marketing communications.

5. Analytics and Statistics

We collect pseudonymized usage data to improve the application:

• Features used;
• Frequency of use;
• Crash reports and technical errors.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze app performance and user engagement. This tool helps us understand which features are most used, usage frequency, and any technical issues, with the sole purpose of improving your experience. The data collected is pseudonymized (associated with a device identifier) and is not used to personally identify you.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:

• Data encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest;
• Secure authentication via Sign in with Apple;
• Limited and controlled access to user data;
• Continuous monitoring of access and suspicious activities.

In the event of a data breach, we commit to informing you promptly in accordance with GDPR.

7. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and its associated data directly in the app, under Settings › Delete my account. The account and all related data (profile, groups, predictions, photos) are permanently removed from our Supabase servers within 72 hours.

You can cancel a deletion request during those 72 hours by signing back in with your usual Apple or Google account, which automatically reactivates your account. This procedure meets the user-data control requirements of the mobile app stores.
