End User License Agreement (EULA) — Go Football Prono
By downloading, installing, or using the Go Football Prono application, you unconditionally accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the end user) and iiya, the application developer.
Go Football Prono offers premium subscriptions providing access to advanced features. The following conditions apply:
Subscriptions are auto-renewable. At the expiration of each period, the subscription automatically renews for an identical duration, unless explicitly deactivated by you.
Payment is charged to the account associated with your app store upon purchase confirmation.
To avoid automatic renewal, you must turn off the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After this deadline, the renewal will take place and cannot be refunded.
You can manage and cancel your subscription from your account settings in your app store. Once the subscription is canceled, you retain access to premium features until the end of the already paid period.
If a free trial is offered, any subscription not canceled before the end of the trial period will be automatically converted into a paid subscription.
The application allows users to publish predictions, messages, and content within groups. By using these features, you agree to the following rules:
iiya reserves the right to moderate published content to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
The Go Football Prono application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iiya's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application over the past 12 months.
All elements of the application (code, design, logos, texts, data) are the exclusive property of iiya and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application within the scope provided by these terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
For anything not expressly covered by these terms, the Standard Apple App Store License Agreement (Standard Apple EULA) applies.

iiya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. In the event of a substantial modification, you will be notified via the application or by email. Continued use of the application after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
