Go Football Prono uses SSO (Single Sign-On) for simple and highly secure authentication:

• iOS: "Sign in with Apple" — managed by Apple servers via a secure OpenID Connect channel.
• Android: "Continue with Google" — managed by Google Sign-In via Android Credential Manager.

In both cases, no password is created or stored by the application. Authentication is fully delegated to Apple or Google, ensuring the highest level of security.

Yes. All app data is hosted on Supabase, with strict Row Level Security (RLS). Only you can access your own data.

Minimal data stored:

• Profile: username, email (if available), avatar, unique ID.
• Notification preferences and device settings.
• Groups, predictions, and club preferences.

No sensitive data is shared with third parties outside the application.

No. Your real identity (Apple name or Google name) is never displayed in rankings or groups.

Your only public identifier is your Username, which you freely choose when setting up your profile. You remain completely anonymous to other participants.

On iOS, you can also choose to hide your real email address: Apple then creates a random private address used only for this app.

Yes. Your account is linked to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google ID (Android). By logging in with the same ID on a new device, you automatically retrieve:

• Your groups, predictions, and rankings.
• Your Premium status (if applicable).
• Your club and notification preferences.

If you switch devices, relaunch the app to register the new device and resynchronize your notification preferences.

From your Profile tab, tap the "Username" section to modify it.

Format constraints:

• Between 3 and 20 characters.
• Only lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores (e.g., john_doe_92).
• The username must be unique among all users.

From your Profile tab, tap your current avatar (or the avatar placeholder) to select a new image from your gallery.

The image is automatically compressed before uploading to optimize loading, then securely stored on Supabase Storage. It is visible to other members of your groups.

The number of clubs you can follow simultaneously depends on your plan:

Your Favorite Club #1 gets priority display on your home screen and targeted reminders (D-1, H-1, Live).

From your Profile tab, you have two distinct sections:

• Favorite Club: tap the "Favorite Club" section to open the selector. Choose a league first, then the desired club. This club is displayed prominently on your home screen with its next match.
• Followed Clubs: tap "Add a club" in the corresponding section. Same process: league then club. Followed clubs allow you to receive goal alerts and match notifications.

The same club cannot be added twice. If a club is grayed out in the selector, it is already in your list.

From Settings → Customization, you access the theme selector. Each theme modifies the interface colors (header gradient, background, tile color).

• GFP Classic: default theme, available to everyone.
• Premium Themes: additional visual themes are reserved for Premium subscribers. A padlock appears on locked themes.

Simply tap a theme to apply it immediately. If you select a locked theme, the Premium subscription screen opens.

• 1 Open one of your groups from the Predictions tab or via the Leagues tab.
• 2 Go to the Predictions tab of the group.
• 3 Select an upcoming match and enter your score (e.g., 2-1).
• 4 Confirm your prediction.

You can modify your prediction until kick-off. Once the match starts, the prediction is locked.

No. If you participate in multiple groups linked to the same league, your predictions are automatically synchronized across all these groups.

A prediction entered or modified in one group is instantly reflected in all your groups for the same league. You only need to enter your predictions once per league.

No. To guarantee total fairness, other members' predictions are hidden until kick-off. They only become visible once the match starts.

This prevents participants from influencing each other and ensures healthy competition.

In the Podium tab of your group, two predictions are available: the Team Podium and the Player Podium.

The Team Podium allows you to predict the final ranking of a competition (Top 3 for leagues, finalists for cups) before a set lockout date.

Points system:

Once the lockout date has passed, your podium predictions are no longer modifiable. You can compare your predictions with those of all the members in your group.

Also in the Podium tab of your group, the Player Podium allows you to predict the top 3 players of the competition before a set lockout date.

The player ranking is based on their rating, which relies on multiple performance criteria (not just goals scored). This rating comes from a reliable data provider.

Points system:

By aiming correctly, you can earn up to 2000 points. Once locked, you can compare them with those of the group members.

The base score for each outcome (home win, draw, away win) is calculated using the formula:

Points = 100 − Odds of the result

The odds reflect the expected probability of the result. Under each match, three values indicate the points at stake:

• 🏠 : points for a home win
• = : points for a draw
• ✈️ : points for an away win

Application based on prediction accuracy:

Jokers are strategic boosters that you can place on a match of your choice to multiply your points. Two types of Jokers are available:

Rankings are calculated and updated server-side as soon as official match results are available. No manual action is needed.

If your ranking does not seem updated, perform a pull-to-refresh in the group view, and check your internet connection.

The Predictions tab brings together all your prediction groups. To start, you must create or join a group:

• 1 From the Predictions tab, tap the "+" button.
• 2 Select "Create a group".
• 3 Give your group a name and choose the league.
• 4 Tap Create.

A unique 8-character code is generated for your group. Share it with your friends so they can join you.

If a friend has already created a group, you can join it in two ways:

• Via code: from the Predictions tab, tap "+" then "Join a group" and enter the code.
• Via sharing link: if your friend sent you a link, simply tap it. The app opens and you are added directly to the group.

From your group page, the invite code is displayed at the top. Two actions are available:

• 📋 Copy the code — to send it manually.
• 🔗 Share the group — generates a universal link. Anyone who clicks it joins your group in one click. If they don't have the app, the link directs them to the download page.

From the group page, tap the menu (top right) then select "Leave the group".

By leaving, you will no longer see the group, but you can return later with a new invite code.

From your group page, three tabs are available:

• Ranking: displays the group ranking with each member's statistics. Tap a member to see the details of their predictions.
• Predictions: enter and view predictions for upcoming matches.
• Podium: groups the Team Podium and Player Podium, and compares predictions (visible only after the lockout date).

The app offers two main tabs to explore competitions:

• Leagues tab: displays all available leagues as a grid. Tap a league to access its matches, official standings, and participating clubs.
• Matches tab: groups all matches of the day with a quick filter. Tap a match to access its detailed statistics.

By tapping a match, you access its details page which displays:

• Score and status: live or final score, minute of play, extra time, and penalties if applicable.
• Statistics: expected Goals (xG), shots, ball possession, passes, corners, and more.
• Events: timeline of goals, cards, substitutions.
• Lineups: the starting XI of each team visually arranged on a pitch.

Statistics are automatically updated every 30 seconds during live matches.

For knockout competitions, an interactive tournament bracket is available from the relevant league page.

• View all rounds with connectors between matches.
• Use the + and − buttons to zoom.
• Tap the round indicators to navigate directly to a specific round.

By accessing a club, you have two views:

• Upcoming: the list of the club's upcoming matches.
• Past: the history of recent results.

Tap a match to access its detailed statistics directly.

The Global Ranking is accessible from your Profile tab and groups the Top 100 best predictors in the app across all leagues.

• Your rank is calculated from the sum of your points (matches + podiums).
• A title and rank are assigned based on your position.
• The top 3 in the ranking display a medal (gold, silver, bronze).
• A crown badge is awarded to players who achieve a Perfect Podium.

Tap a player to view their public profile and prediction details.

The Transfers section is accessible from your Profile and allows you to track player movements. The transfers displayed are based on your favorite and followed clubs.

For each movement, you will find:

• Photo, player name, departure and arrival clubs.
• Type of movement: Transfer, Loan, Return from loan, Free transfer, or Retirement.
• Date of the operation.

Use the club filters at the top of the screen to display only the transfers of a specific club.

Prediction Notifications:

• Prediction reminder — 3h before the match.
• Prediction reminder — 30 min before the match.
• Daily reminder — summary of tomorrow's matches.
• Post-match notification — invitation to check your ranking.

Club Notifications:

• Goal alerts, match start and end for your followed clubs.
• D-1 reminder before your favorite club's match.
• H-1 reminder (1 hour before kick-off).

All these preferences are individually configurable in Settings → Notifications.

The app can display a match score in real-time directly on your lock screen:

• iOS: Live Activities on the lock screen and Dynamic Island.
• Android: Persistent Ongoing Notification in the status bar.

Access depending on the plan:

iOS Note: You must accept the system permission request for Live Activities during your first match.

From the app, go to Settings → Notifications to enable or disable each type of notification individually.

If you declined notifications at the first launch, you can re-enable them from the system settings:

• iOS: iOS Settings → Notifications → Go Football Prono → Allow Notifications.
• Android: Settings → Apps → Go Football Prono → Notifications → Enable.

After re-enabling system permissions, reopen the app to synchronize your status.

Premium unlocks a set of exclusive benefits:

• Complete removal of ads.
• Extended tracking of up to 18 clubs (vs. 3 for free).
• More strategic Jokers per competition.
• Live Activities / Ongoing Notifications for all your clubs and major tournaments.
• Access to future Premium-only features.

Yes. A free trial allows you to test all Premium features before paying:

At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically turns into a paid subscription, unless you cancel it beforehand from your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. The Gold one-time purchase does not have a trial.

Purchase: from your Profile or Settings, open the "Premium" page and choose a plan. Payment is handled directly by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Restore purchases: if you changed devices or reinstalled the app:

• 1 Go to Settings → Restore purchases.
• 2 Ensure you are logged in with the same ID used for the purchase.
• 3 Check your internet connection and confirm.

From your Profile tab, tap the ⚙️ (gear) icon in the top right to open the Settings page.

You will find: Session, Premium, Notifications, Customization, Privacy, App Store Rating, About, and Security.

From Settings → Security, tap the "Log out" button. You will be redirected to the login screen.

Your data remains intact on our servers. You can log back in at any time.

From Settings → Your opinion matters, tap "Rate on the App Store". This action directly opens the app's rating page on the App Store.

Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the app.

If an "Important Update" screen appears at launch, it means a newer version is required to ensure the app's stability and compatibility.

Tap the "Update on the App Store" button. After updating, the app will open normally.

Yes. Go Football Prono is now available in French, English and Spanish.

The app automatically displays in your phone's language when it is supported. Otherwise, it defaults to English.

The app follows the language set on your device. You can also force a specific language for Go Football Prono only:

• iOS: Settings → Go Football Prono → Language.
• Android: Settings → Apps → Go Football Prono → Language.

After changing it, reopen the app to apply the change.

• 1 Open the Profile page.
• 2 Go to Settings via the ⚙️ icon.
• 3 Select Account → Delete my account.
• 4 Select a reason and confirm.

Once confirmed, deletion takes effect within 72 hours. All your data is permanently erased from our Supabase servers.

Yes. As long as the 72 hours have not passed, simply log back into the app with your usual ID.

This login automatically cancels the deletion request and reactivates your account with all your data.

From Settings → Privacy, you can:

• Manage your advertising choices (consent).
• View the full Privacy Policy.
• Access support for any questions regarding your data.

For any GDPR-related requests, contact us at support.app@iiya.fr.

• Open the app and wait for the next match notification.
• iOS: accept the system permission request that appears at the first match. If declined, go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Go Football Prono → Allow Notifications, then reopen the app.
• Android: verify that notifications are enabled in Settings → Apps → Go Football Prono.
• Check that the desired club or match corresponds to your plan.

• Perform a pull-to-refresh in the group view.
• Check your internet connection.
• Point calculations are done server-side — a slight delay is normal just after a match ends.
• If the problem persists after several minutes, close and relaunch the app.

• Ensure you are logged in with the same ID used for the initial purchase.
• Go to Settings → Restore my purchases.
• Check your internet connection and try again.
• If the problem persists, contact our support specifying your username.

• Check that you have the latest version of the app installed.
• Make sure you are logged in to your account before clicking the link.
• If the link opens in the browser instead of the app, try manually copying and pasting the invite code into Groups → Join a group.

• Check your internet connection — uploading requires a stable connection.
• The image is automatically compressed. If your image is very large, processing may take a few seconds.
• If the old avatar remains visible to other members, this is a cache delay. The new avatar will appear within a few minutes.
• If the problem persists, close and relaunch the app.
